Very clean store and organized. Love the complimentary coffee, deli, bakery, and so many other options in the grab and go departments. I had to do some tastings here and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed working here. They bake and cook many things in store, it’s amazing!

The Deli section is becoming every time more depressing. The quality of the prepared food has gone down. Today, this young employee at the Deli had the Worse Customer Service ever! She wasn’t friendly, she got snotty, and didn’t make any eye contact when I asked for something else. She didn’t have any desire to keep her job! Please do better Sunset, this is not a good way to hire staff, this is a VERY Incompetent employee.

The funniest part about this was that on the back of her t-shirt it said “All Smiles” for crying out loud, really?!🤔

A grocery gem in Chicagoland. Exemplary produce department, friendly and helpful employees, consistently organized. Love the fish-stock vegetable soup and sushi.

Shop in lake forest get lake forest prices. Foods are expensive $$$$. Selections are slim due to the size of the grocery store. They close early. I guess rich people prefers to get their groceries early. On a positive note, they have Amazon lockers

Today I gound a very special employee of yours at your Lake Forest store. A young man loading groceries this afternoon about 2 pm.He noticed that the bags were torn and immediately told me and than went back into the store and repacked them. And done with a smile and concern for me. Thank you to you but especially thank you for that very considerate young man. I am sorry but I did not get his name. Thank him again for me.

Lovely local grocery store. Not as big as Mariano's or Heinen's nearby, but it is very clean and convenient and the service is outstanding. Store is always clean, everything is well-stocked, and the produce is top notch. There is never a line at the registers - the manager is always hovering and if he sees someone waiting in line he will open a register and check you out himself. Oh, and don't miss the Do-Rite Donuts they stock in the bakery fresh every morning!

The seafood department is always closed earlier than posted. I stepped up to the fish counter at 6:35 and everything was cleaned up and put away. I was unable to purchase fish. This is not the first time this has happened 🙁
