I have been using this dentist some years now and never experienced a better dentist from the moment I arrived,i have been treat like royalty.

I have had various operations fillings and always offered full cleans regularly.

Most importantly I told the staff of my OCD and they have went above and beyond for me calling before appointments and making me as comfortable as possible.

They have allowed me same day appointments on every occasion I was in pain.

They have now treat my whole family including my two twin daughters who where scared to go to the dentist.

We are all so appreciative not only for the dentists work but to the reception staff who have always went out of there way to accommodate me and my family in the most professional of environments every time.

Amazing dental Practice- thank you,
I have recently moved to the area, so I was not registered with a Dentist and typically my tooth cracked. I was in a huge amount of pain, I phoned arround and the receptionist at Nepalis was amazing, she put me on a cancellation list then soon phoned me to book me in for 2pm. I was very relieved and happy. The Dentist was fantastic and did a fabulous job, these people are all wonderful. Thank you.

I have just had to walk out of an appointment after having be dealt with the rudest dentist I have ever had the unpleasantness of meeting
I paid for a gumshield and arranged an appointment to have it fitted and for a whole in my tooth when I got in the chair and explained that I also needed a gumshield fitting I was told will go down and reception and see if it’s there as he didn’t know where it was
I then got The rudest attitude I’ve ever Had he even told that it was not his job, even though I had paid his practise for it
I ended up getting up out of the chair and leaving as I was so disgusted I am surprised this gentleman has any customers
it a shame as Thomas is lovely and I hope he goes to another practice so I can visit him there

i waited over a week for the appointment and booked for a hole in my tooth and the gumshield fitting if i didnt have an issue why did he book x rays !!! and you didnt say you wouldnt see me again i said i wouldnt come back and please note it took 2 minutes to find the shield as it was in thomas's room
your reputation in consett is the same from a lot of people i have spoken to

I switched here after finally getting fed up with the other dental practice in town. These guys are so much friendlier and helpful. I instantly felt like I had been a patient for ages already, they were so welcoming. I was able to get my painful tooth sorted in no time and with more peace of mind than I ever had at the other place.

They have better equipment and appointment availability as well, although they don't offer any late appointments- hence only 4 stars. With Consett becoming a commuter town, it would be in their best interest to offer later appointments. Otherwise I can't fault them.

Very busy practice staff are always helpful. clean and tidy. all the rules are in place very experienced people always put you at ease. there's a public toilet and washroom . it hard to park but I think you can park in the leisure centre. You can pay in installments for all kinds of treatments. There is a up stairs and down stairs with wheelchair access.

What a breath of fresh air.. so pleased I swapped my dentist to Napali, great experience great staff,
Mr Nolan is very professional and meticulous in his approach,nurses and reception welcoming and also professional.

No body will pick up the phone you can not get emergency appointment no more you get told to ring 8,30 in the morning but when you do ring staff tell you no appointments left for the day it's like they do not want to no you have to just suffer thaken box and box of parsetmoll not sure what has happened to the place

Amazing dentists I've used there other practice and it's the best I've ever been to the staff are super friendly and helpful and very professional and will go above and beyond of what is asked of them just to help you.
