I had a great experience with Dr. Raymond. First his assistant Jessica walked me through each step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Then i got to see Dr. Raymond. He didn’t make me wait at all. He knew what he was talking about and listened to my every need. I definitely recommend Dr. Raymond.

I met Dr. Raymond 4 yrs ago when I and most thought I'd die... he not only spoke to me honestly. But helped me manage my issue and live.. kinda put thing into perspective.. I unfortunately had to go to another dr due to change of ins.. there was no comparison, I changed my ins ONLY to see Raymond again after 2 yrs I walked out, understanding, thrilled, and knew I made the right decision to switch just so I could go back to him.... Dr Raymond is a blessing down to earth honest, chill guy...

It seems that these days it is rare to find any doctor who actually treats their patients as humans, not chart numbers. I had the great luck that Dr. Raymond was the on-call gastroenterologist when I was brought to Jupiter Medical Center with a bleeding ulcer.
He expertly repaired it, but more importantly, he did so with kindness and compassion.
I have seen Dr. Raymond for follow-up visits and I became, if even posible, more impressed. I confessed to him that I was unhappy with a doctor who I was seeing for another health issue. You could have knocked me over with a feather when Dr. Raymond stepped out beyond the bounds of just being a great doctor and became my "saint". He contacted a doctor friend of his (who just happens to be one of the best in his specialty) and arranged for me to see him immediately. I see this doctor tomorrow and I keep reflecting on what a Godsend Dr. Raymond has been. I cannot offer up enough words to praise Dr. Raymond, but I recommend him with my whole body, soul and heart.

Dr Raymond is a good doctor but if he isnt aware that his staff is unhelpful and they are not doing him any favors. Jessica rarely returns messages or calls and rosie is unwelcoming to say the least.

Patients Beware!
It is the duty of Doctors to practice actions that promote the well being of others. I walked into this Doctor's office and explained my situation and received the reply "Not until today have I heard of you." What does this have to do with my urgency for treatment? In addition, I was told "go to the emergency room" if its that bad after spending 5 hours in the ER that same day." And, for the kicker, "your just in luck a pharmaceutical rep just met with me earlier and gave me some samples. You can try them to see how you feel." Unethical Doctor interested in peddling pharmaceuticals for financial gain. Very arrogant and snobby attitude! Took no interest in listening and learning about patient needs. Was super quick to want to schedule Endoscopy, again, this guy only cares about $$$. PLEASE BEWARE OF RAYMOND ROBERT PALM BEACH GARDENS.

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. I had a CT Scan and he refused to give me the results unless I made an appt. Ridiculous. All I wanted to know was if the test showed there were any tumers in my liver so I would know if my cancer returned. Horrible doctor, horrible man!
