I started seeing this doctor a few months ago due to the establishment fired the doctor that I was seeing. The doctor I was seeing at their establishment was a wonderful doctor which he was fired, which upset many patients as I was told. So I had an appointment yesterday and they called me the day before and told me to call my insurance company to get a reference number because I was seeing Dr Ulloa, we actually called the insurance company on my last visit even had the insurance company on speakerphone, the lady in the office that was helping me was very nice. She told the insurance company she needed a reference number, due to the fact I'm not seeing the doctor that I used to see. So apparently even after that things were still not corrected. Like I said I got a phone call day before my appointment that they need a reference number for the new doctor. Even though I've already seen him at least a couple of times, getting very confusing. So I did call the insurance company again and told them that I need a reference number for this doctor they provided me with one. Even when the office called me the day before they told me just make sure I get that reference number so I can see the doctor. The next day apparently she said she tried to get ahold of me in the morning I don't have my phone with me till 1:00 due to working. I show up at my 2:30 appointment which I arrived almost an hour earlier. Because when I got back to my phone I seen these text messages my appointment was canceled. I went into the office over a half an hour earlier to my appointment. They went and got the lady that canceled my appointment she was one of the rudest people I've ever met she even said that yes I was the one that called you the day before and she told me I needed to get a reference number and bring it with me to my appointment to see the doctor. I have no clue why she canceled my appointment the next day with the doctor, I did exactly what they asked me to do, get and bring the reference number. She had absolutely no right for no reason to cancel my appointment. Therefore I couldn't see the doctor which I've been having trouble with an upper respiratory problem. This office does not care about its patients. Even the doctor I seen for the last couple months is extremely rude! Not even knowing my history my first office visit with him when he looked at my medications,even before he even questioned me about my history. He told me I was too young at 57 years old for taking this one medication. I confronted him and said he was very wrong and rude to telling me that before even finding anything out about me. At that point I started losing trust into this doctor ,& the office personnel! Also to top it off a week ago we are at a client's house in Jupiter doing some service work, somehow we got on the subject of talking about doctors, he told me he was having a biopsy done and that he was having a lot of problems with the establishment and the doctor. My exact words to him was, do you mind me asking who your doctor is? He said Dr Ulloa! I was like no way and I explained to him exactly the same problems I was going through at this establishment. For some reason this establishment has fired the good doctors. Please stay far away from this doctor's office.
