Sam and his team walked us through each step to plan a beautiful service honoring our loved one, complete with a photo slide show to music during it. John Hill did an amazing job speaking and guiding us in prayer during the service. His remarks were so personalized and meaningful. The chapel is large and beautiful. We hosted a service for our Dad at James Funeral Home in January, and the entire staff made the very difficult experience go smoothly and we could tell that our comfort was their top priority. Sam met with us talked our family through everything we needed to do, and he was incredibly gracious throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer any other questions we had.
Pastor John led our Dad's service and did a great job. All of our family and friends have said that the service was wonderful, and we know our Dad loved it as well. The ability to live-stream the service offerred other loved ones the opportunity to watch it, and that was much appreciated for relatives and friends who could not travel to be with us.
One smaller highlight of the service was the piano that is in the chapel. Our Uncle was able to play it when people were being seated, and it was a beautiful touch.
