I recently had to switch dentists for convenience of my new location only to regret leaving Dr. Gorman! He always valued my time and was very polite and comforting. New patient here. Called yesterday & they got my kids (6 yr old & 12 yr old) in today for a cleaning. I heard good things about Jeff Gorman & they are accurate. He is very good with kids and every informational. We didn't wait long and the front desk staff Stacey was soo nice. Nice spacious, clean office. I will update my review on a follow up visit we have scheduled to fill a cavity. They said filing will be white.

Dr Gorman is simply the best dentist in town. I’ve been coming to him every year since I was a kid and I’m 25 now! He is the kindest doctor I’ve ever had and he is patient with each of his patients.

The office is always very quiet. The staff is nice and professional. Dr. Gorman has a calm demeanor which is probably the reason why his office runs so smoothly. I appreciate that he takes his time with the children, and he knows how to communicate with them so that they feel comfortable around him. Our visits never go over 40 minutes. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Gorman is great. Front desk needs help. Told them I have a cracked tooth causing discomfort and the best they could do was three days later. Really?! Anything you can do? Nope, sorry. Will be going elsewhere.

I was with this dentist for over 10 years and recently switched due to poor service. They do not answer their phones, I called to reschedule they just cancelled my appointment and hung up on me. The front desk staff is rude and when I was temporarily on Medi-Cal vs my old insurance the dentist treated me a lot differently. I was told I could now go back every two years and also found out I wasn't being given the full treatment for preventative care I should've received the last few years. They were quick to rush me in and out and did not give me a full dental cleaning.

Dr. Gorman is a great doctor and I would recommend his services to anyone who is in the market for General Dentistry. Since moving to their new facility, the staff is not as efficient and as polite. I know the old place was a bit outdated, but at least it was comfortable and Marnie was great to work with. I have yet to receive an invoice for all the work completed and it has been almost a year. I hope it all works out for you there.
