Absolutely horrible. Was looking for a new primary care physician so went once about a year ago. They didn't have computer systems to access precious medical records or information and I had to fill out the forms by hand. They did not let me pay copay day of and said to just leave and honestly I forgot about it after that. I got an invoice 2 weeks ago for a past due balance of $30 which I'm perfectly fine paying but the invoice only has a phone number for the office that no one ever answers and the option to mail in my card info or cash. I do not pay bills in cash for record keeping purposes and I had my identity stolen less than a year ago. I refuse to just put card info on a sheet of paper and send it out into the abyss. I have left voice-mail and made multiple attempts to call in an attempt to pay this over the last 2 weeks to no avail. I recommend against him. Also when I was in his office and we were talking he was really condescending and talking to me like I was an idiot. It's why I never did any follow ups.

Giving a 5 star review after my first visit.
I have an irrational fear of doctors which has made me not keep up on my health as well as I should.
I was nervous about Dr. Kanter because of this fear and just because it was my first visit seeing him.
Everyone at this office is so nice.
My first point of contact was with the front desk woman and she was very nice. She had me fill out a few forms real quick.
Next was my nurse and she made me comfortable and she was so sweet and we talked about our kids and babies and she just put my fears at ease and made me less nervous.
Last, I met Dr. Kanter and let me just say that he is the nicest doctor I've ever encountered. He got me back on the correct anti-seizure medicine right away and we talked for quite a while about my medical history and about what's currently happening. He genuinely cares and that is hard to find, at least it has been for me. I had no anxiety or fear by the end of our conversation. I'm just so happy to have finally found a great primary care doctor.
I definitely recommend him and his entire staff, they are great!
