Doesn't deserve 1 star.
No one answers the phone. Message left and they called back days later on a Sunday. Emailed pages of paperwork that lacked importance and clarity. Seems like half of the papers were disclaimers and repeating her $100.00 Cancelation policy. They asked if I could come in on Monday.
I arrived, place is dark no lights. Knocked o the door, waited a few minutes and retuned to work.
She cIams they keep the door closed and locked d/t COVID? Be smart and find another provider. We are saturated with Dermatogists. This one has obvious issues. Lacks common sense, decency and she is horribly unprofessional.
I'm a RN. I also value my time.

I was actually floored at how rude she was. I arrived at my appointment a bit early as advised. She practically tossed my card back at me and said I needed prior authorization. I replied that I was sure I did not for dermatology. She argued and said she couldn’t take me and then not get paid. I gave all my info when I made the appointment so she had plenty of time to verify. I’m in my car right now and it took me 5 minutes to verify that no prior auth is needed. I guess she does not need my business. So unapologetic. And uncaring. I don’t trust her now to give me a good exam (I’ve already had two skin cancers removed) so now I have to find another dermatologist.

Dr. Hillman is highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone would benefit from her ability to diagnose and treat all skin conditions. She is honest and sincere and truly cares about the well being of all of her patients.

Dr. Hillmann is the most thorough physician I have seen in Palm Beach County. Because of her background, you receive a very thorough understanding of what is happening in your body. Yes, she is direct and to the point. She is also caring and compassionate. I set the bar pretty high when I choose a physician, and she is #1 in my book.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seriously, if you aren't as skinny as she is, she will go on a RANT about how fat you are. Everyone saying she has horrible bedside manner and body shames is correct. She spent more time criticizing my body than she did looking at my skin.
Apparently she thinks she's en endocrinologist and diagnosed me with high A1C and high testosterone (WITHOUT ANY BLOOD WORK) (when I did get blood work, she was wrong!!).
I have been to her twice: when I was 17 and 24 and both times I left crying because she is so rude. Save yourself the headache and find a different doctor.

Had a place taken off my leg now it looks terrible… I am still trying to figure her out, I went next for a place on my scalp which she brushed off and didn’t even examine. Makes up appointments as she goes I really think she is only interested in getting paid. What a fruitCake !

"Referred to Dr. Hillmann for a "second opinion" by my primary doctor after seeing 2 doctors unsuccessfully in a 3 month span. She listened to what I was experiencing, made a thorough assessment of my condition and used it along with her experience and knowledge to customize the best treatment plan for my condition. Within a month I was able to function and get back to normal activities. Strongly recommend her to ensure an accurate diagnosis and best course of treatment to address complex conditions.

Just got a phone call from Hillman herself reminding from an appointment that was made a year ago! I asked if she had anything later in the day because I had to work that day and she tried to tell me this app was rescheduled several times when in fact it has Not been rescheduled Ever! And I told her that… she said “well u r rescheduling now! “ So she asked when is good for me and I said any day after 3 pm so she said how about 3:30 on July 22? I figured it would be this week or next but, Wouldn’t u know I would be out of town that day!!! So I said that’s not a good day and she went off on me!! Wow Big time!? (Well I’m sorry that we all have a life and can’t just stop at any second just because u r a dr! ) I said how about this! Let me call u back if I want u to even see me anymore with the way u r talking to me, u have No reason to talk to me like that!? And she says “ Well U take care of urself then” and screamed it! She kept screaming! I was in disbelief because she has Never acted like that to me before and she wasn’t gonna start today! I have sent several people to her and now I am regretting I did! I didn’t yell one time in our conversation! Almost like I was the professional and not her!
