I'm a patient of Seyma Davidson since 2014 and have been visiting two times a year since then for checkup, cleaning and had a few cavity fillings as well.
I was very satisfied with good care and attention given on all these years.

However, I was appointed to another dentist without being warned or confirmed during my last visit a few months ago. A confirmation email was sent with the name of another dentist, but I did not check all the details of this notification email as I would not expect to be treated by another dentist rather than my regular and only dentist for 10 years. So, I was there with another dentist and was flexible not to cancel the appointment, but the treatment did not go that well compared to my earlier experiences, so I planned another appointment on the first available date of my regular dentist.

However, I needed to cancel the appointment in the same morning because of illness of my daughter, so called the office and informed them. Then, I received an invoice for the cost of the cancellation and when I asked about it, I was told that they accept only “very urgent” last-minute cancellations without a fee. I cannot think of anything that is more urgent than my 5 years old daughter’s sickness. After a few emails, I was told that there was a last-minute cancellation in January 2018 due to my illness, so they cannot tolerate any more cancellations. So, please be aware that 1) check beforehand that you’re appointed to your regular dentist , 2) you might receive an invoice for your last-minute cancellation due to your own or a family member sickness.

Because of this event I’ve decided to change my dentist.

Vriendelijk en zeer deskundig. Ben 5 jaar geleden verhuisd naar een ander stad. Maar blijf nog patient van mevr Davidson. Ik reis er graag voor op en neer. In middels meer dan 10 jaar klant van haar.
