Dr. Strum was wonderful. Best experience I've had with a Dr. He explained everything in detail. Answered any questions i had. He was very quick with a epidural injection. Didnt feel any pain jut a sting like he told me. I would definetely recommend him.

Yesterday i had a hip injection and i felt instant relief. The procedure was quick and i felt little discomfort. I slept better than i have in years. 5 stars for that.Getting through to the office staff by phone and getting answers to questions about my insurance and follow through was another story. They do need to work on their customer service skills and efficiency. 1 star for that.

I went I for my procedure today. I was so happy to see it was doctor Strumm!!! 6 years ago after my crush injury to my cervical spine he literally gave me my life back. I know he sees so many patients, but I truly believe he remembered me. He was kind an caring as usual! His bedside manner is AMAZING, but that isn’t the best thing. I know that he will make the best decision with me. He is a wonderful doctor who cares so much for his patients and their wellbeing in a system of just treat and pass them along world. Thank you for giving me my life back once and helping me with the steps to make my SI joint distinction live-able and no longer so painful that I could not even sit down. When I saw your face today Dr. Strumm I was elated. I appreciate all you have done for me. Thank you for treating me like a person with valid pain concerns and emotions. You’ve talked my through 4 successful procedures. I could not appreciate you more. Thank you for my life back twice Dr. Strumm. See you soon for the next steps to final healing.

All he wants to do is inject my spine & burn nerves. Actually rather Rude & acted like I'm a Druggie because he refused to prescribe PAIN pills or a Toradol shot which I respond well too. Why is he even a Doctor

I was referred to see this Dr. Came twice and each time was refused pain medication, first time, ok I didn’t bring any of my mri records, second time I brought everything and he still refused saying I don’t give pain medication for your condition, I said tell what condition is that? No response, I said you don’t know my condition that’s why I brought my mri reports and he didn’t even bother looking at them, so I don’t know why some pain management doctors call themselves pain management if they are not going to do anything but say sorry and send you out the door, he was even astonished that my primary sent me again. I would not waste your time on this human if your in bad pain. Also when I went to his office in San Bernardino on elks drive there was a black man who got his arm bit up and the receptionist said you didn’t get bit here, he replied yes just now in the room, she said not here maybe somewhere else, he again said no here and then he showed me, and later that night I also saw many bites on my arm, like 15, I’ve have daily photos and will be contacting someone over this, obviously the room are not being cleaned and it’s an old building, could be termites.

This doctor was supposed to have a video chat today at 10 AM he never showed up For the video chat, never called me to cancel, do not call me. Come to find out he overbooked his video chats. Horrible horrible doctor to waste my time while I’m in pain burning up my phone I would never go to this doctor again and none of his nurses know how to get a hold of him
