I've been going to The Strum Shop for over 10 years, and I absolutely love it! As the Ukulele Whisperer, I buy all my ukuleles here because they have the best selection and quality. The staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet, always so helpful and passionate about music. Support your local music shop – they truly make every visit a wonderful experience!

Very nice to me even though I know zero about guitars. The woman that helped me did not make me feel stupid about it. She could have easily been shady and I might not have known, but she did not try to sell me things I didn’t need yet. It’s so awesome when you can support a local shop and have a good experience. I’m sure we will be back.

Wandered in looking just for a bit of information on an instrument I knew absolutely nothing about. The guy inside spent 30 minutes walking me through every nook and cranny, giving me advice on what to look for, what defects are cheaper vs extremely expensive to fix, watched two separate YouTube videos with me and helped me understand what they were saying. He also gave me the names of two competitors he highly respects and works with.

I was really blown away by the kindness and passion it takes to spend that amount of time educating a stranger who said upfront he wasn't looking to buy anything that day.

If you're looking for an instrument, I would trust the integrity and knowledge of this shop to ensure you get exactly what you need.

I had a great experience at the strum shop! The customer service was as good as it gets. Guitar center has lost a customer today and strum shop has gained a new one. I will be back.

My special other and I went in yesterday about an hour before close in search of a Ukulele. They have TONS! The Strum Shop ended up having much more of a variety than other stores that I'd visited, and they have competitive prices too! But the one thing that stood out was Dan, the man whom we found out owned the shop! He was INCREDIBLY helpful, answered any and ever question we had, and even took the time to give my S/O advice on building her own Ukulele. Amazing shop, amazing owners, customer for life!

Really friendly place and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also donate their space and instruments for the various music groups to come together and practice their choir and instruments while bonding and having fun!! Highly recommend this place for your music needs and learning
