The customer service goes far beyond my expectations. I have only had a great experience with our cello rental. The instrument sounds beautiful! The employees are very knowledgeable and obviously are passionate about their instruments and care about the children they rent them to. I brought back violin with the same 2 individuals I bought it with. You said if the instrument was hard to learn that you would refund 75% of purchase price. That's the only reason it was purchased. You were the only one working with us. 3 of us aren't deaf. Your mistaken and over priced and understaffed. Would never recommend your store. Say what you will but you are wrong. And the fact you never reached out to see how the violin was working out.

Mr. Muni has always been such a kind, helpful and knowledgeable part in my career as a young violist. I have been coming to him since I started in seventh grade, and I am now a sophomore in college majoring in performance. My wife and I both took our instruments here after a luthier which was closer to us. We both wish now we had come here first! Fantastic service and knowledge, welcoming and accommodating owner/staff. I cannot recommend this place enough.
