Wow. Think about what just happened. I simply gave a simple Star rating without a single narrative word about my experiences (albeit limited). In other words, I didn’t breech any doctor patient confidentiality. By contrast, this physician office seemingly out of unwarranted anger did in fact breech that sacred confidentiality. If that’s the manner by which this office behaves, then please allow me to tell the full truth. There were more than enough concerning cultural attitudes and behaviors about this office that made me believe they (not the doctor himself) were not trustworthy or kind. My instinct (now that I’ve read their long personal angry dialogue in response to a simple star rating without a single word from me) was spot on correct. That’s exactly why I chose NOT to follow up with an appointment (which was offered to me, but declined) after I
inadvertently missed my appointment. Yes, following this experience, I did obtain an appointment with another Allergist. That office had similar policies, but without the angry attitude. The physician was very good. My suggestion to the office management is to take an anger and medical ethics class. To any individual thinking about becoming a patient, don’t unless you’re ok with this type of public online breech of your personal information. Look elsewhere for an Allergist office.

There are doctors that do it because they like it and then there are doctors like Dr Klein who are passionate about have a calling. We’ve had the best experience hands down

Dr. Klein is one of the best healthcare providers I ever had. Never in a hurry. Very polite. Great bedside manners and a lot of questions. He is extremely detail-oriented and always listening to the patient. Also I want to appreciate his honesty: if a procedure is not needed, he wouldn't recommend it even if it is covered by the insurance.

Klein is an excellent diagnostician, but short on compassion. My seasonal allergies were so bad I could barely see and horribly congested. Sneezing fits kept me from teaching. I called Dr Klein's office for two meds, but because I was beyond a one-year checkup, Dr Klein refused to write for my meds. He knew I was suffering, but held fast to "no." I was stunned he wouldn't soften understanding how severe my allergies could be. Provide the nasal spray, then talk about my annual check-up. I've known Dr. Klein many years & felt abandoned & betrayed and those feelings are clearly still with me and MY opinion of Dr. Klein.
