Dr. Bala is very sweet, but I had no idea what was going on in that office. It was a madhouse.

The office opens at 9am and I was the first in line. After waiting 20mins in the lobby, I was called to the back to only wait again. Dr. Bala did not show up until after 10:30. The staff upfront just kept everyone waiting without at least giving the patients clarification or an update to why we have been waiting so long. They were on their phones, smh horrible service.

Dr.Bala is a great Dr. He delivered me when I was born and all my children love him. My 4 year old gets excited to go see him. My other kids think he is funny. All the bad reviews are bitter people that don't understand his personality and the Dr.'s assistant is the best. The office is clean and would recommend 100%

Dr. Bala working staff the front reception is always on her phone always in a bad attitude I asked her questions and she says you have to sign in and wait but not once’s gets off her phone bad office service. And they make you wait like 2 hours to get seen and only see you for like 10 minutes really bad service. Receptionist bad at helping out with any questions always on her phone gives people attitudes All the time

doctor was nice and friendly. I like him because when my son needs cream for his skin, the doctor always prescribe me few more which save me trip and wait time to his office. however, I am not a big fan of this office. It always busy and office is small which make the room seems so crowded. They close for lunch and don't have place to wait when you have to arrive early and wait in the car in the summer time. The cleanness is ok, not too bad but not too great.

My baby had an appointment at 9:30Am and I have been waiting over an hour. Yet, two people who arrive few minutes ago were assisted already. The receptionists and staff have favouritism and it's so unfair. Seriously considering to change my kids peditrician.

I truly dislike dr bala he is always rough with my son. He likes to raise his voice at patients. The office opens at 9 but dr doesn’t show up until 10. I do not recommend this dr office to anyone.
