Had to switch from another dentist because of my insurance coverage. Stark differences. The x-ray process took about 20 minutes. There was tension between the dental assistant with piercings and the Indian dentist. She had a terrible attitude, looked unprofessional with all the piercings, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Great experience. The office staff is very friendly and very approachable. In and out very quick. No pain at all during all my treatments and if there was slight discomfort, the dentist will add more meds to numb the area. Would highly recommend to others

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and they're amazing. The staff team is friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist, Tej, is the best! She is so gentle and caring and always takes the time to answer and explain all the questions I have. They also accept medi-cal which is a bonus.

Update: I'm really glad I found this place. I've been coming here for a few months now and wanted to add a few things to my review. Here are just a few of the things I like about this practice:

1) The staff is awesome.

Each time I've come in, everyone has been really friendly towards me. Dr. Cui and his assistants are very attentive and do their best to make sure I'm comfortable. Everyone seems to enjoy their job here, and that makes me feel confident in the services I'm receiving.

2) All costs / services are thoroughly explained.

I've always had a bit of a hard time understanding issues with insurance and billing, but Dr. Cui's staff was very patient with me and took the time to help me understand the services I've been receiving and all associated out of pocket costs. I know I can trust what they tell me.

3) The results are A+.

All the dental work I've received from Dr. Cui has been top notch in terms of quality. The crown and fillings I've received look great, and all the pain I previously had is gone. Dr. Cui was even able to fix an unsightly crack I had in a front tooth that my previous dentist refused to even touch.

I highly recommend this office and wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends or family here. Dr. Cui and his staff are awesome and will take good care of you.

Dr. Xuewen and his were staff were very friendly and were careful to explain everything relating to my dental plan in detail. They made sure that I fully understood the services and costs that I was being provided and were very patient while answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Xuewen and appreciate the care and patience they have shown me.

I like these guys so much, I can't wait to have another tooth or two pulled! 🤣 okay, maybe not that much, but I do recommend their services. It's not easy to find a dentist you don't mind going to.
