Have used these guys a few times over the years and they started off good - friendly, quick etc. Earlier this year I had a small hole in my roof, they came round and repaired it. A few months ago I noticed the hole came back in the same place, have been calling them multiple times and they always tell me they’ll be round in a few days…then nothing. I’ve wasted a lot of time calling and waiting when they’re obviously not interested. Poor service.

I had rang a few roofers as I had a hole in my roof, rob rob responded within half an hour we made arrangements for him to review it. he was very professional, very polite, turned up when he said, gave me a quote I thought was reasonable, he kept in touch via text, turned up when he said, done the job, and even removed his rubbish, would definitely recommend them.

We have had R&S for a recent quote for our roof and were considering them. However, I passed one of them in a van this morning and they were so unprofessional I will reconsider ! The driver (in an R&S van) actually rolled down the window to yell at me when we were trying to pass each other on a narrow road. So unprofessional, I won't be using their services.
