Came to get a French tip manicure done today, nails look like I have done them myself at home, seems like staff are not professionally qualified, the atmosphere in general was very weird and uncomfortable. It’s giving money laundering. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I arrived, turned out they do not service men, only women. Moreover at 10:10 hair dresser was not there due to trains delay. While I cannot comment on quality of hairstyling services, from organizational perspective it was a mess. Administrator acted if everything was normal. I waited 5 mins and as the hair dresser did not show up, I just left.

I had a very disappointing experience with the hair extensions I got here. Despite spending a significant amount of money, the extensions started falling off within just two weeks. The quality and service were far below my expectations, and it feels very unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
