I had a fantastic experience with these guys. I traveled to London in December and had found this business online before I left the US. They made a silver ring for my brother, a silver signet ring for me, and resized my father's gold wedding band; they also engraved inside two of the rings. Spencer was clear that they had to get everything done within a week as they would be leaving for the Christmas holiday. Not only were the rings on time, but they were beautiful. People have asked where my brother got his ring, and he explains that it was made especially for him in London (which is kind of nice). As for my ring, by the end of the first day it felt like I had been wearing it my entire life. I can't say enough good things about this business. Very reasonable price, great service, excellent taste in terms of design and how rings will look on a man's hand, and a quick turnaround. And super nice people on top of everything else. I really felt like I'd made several friends by the time I walked out the door. Would recommend them to anybody.

Went to L&S design after Timpsons got an engraving wrong on a lighter I bought as a gift. By some miracle they re-engraved it and patched it up! Couldnt even tell there had been a mistake in the first place. Lovely service too. Many thanks!!

Disappointed... for the money I've been charged I wasn't even asked which font I would like and at the end, the engraving wasn't consistent in the color. Additionally, I wasn't contacted once it was ready so had to chase myself. Overpriced and not the best customer service

i live in sussex and wanted a name laser engraved on front of weding band tried everwhere down sussex but no joy only normal engraving, with luck i found L. S , i emailed them vey quick responce, sent the ring to lester and the turn around just few days, the price was very reasonable, when i got the ring back could not be more pleased looks a new ring now and the engraving spot on, deffinetly use them again thanks again lester, rich.
