On August 8, 2024, I was delivering 8 pallets of sweet corn to FM Junk Removal at 67 Beaver St, Framingham, MA. Navigating Boston’s tight streets with a 53-foot truck is challenging, so I proceeded cautiously. Upon arrival, I briefly stopped on the public road with my hazard lights on to coordinate with FM Junk Removal about how to set up the trailer without causing a disruption.

A representative from K&S Auto Body, located at the same address, aggressively confronted me, demanding I move immediately and even hitting my truck. Despite my attempt to explain that I just needed a minute, he continued to yell and curse. This overreaction seemed disproportionate to the brief obstruction, which was a necessary part of my maneuver.

This incident felt unjustly aggressive and hinted at underlying racial tensions. It’s disappointing that such a minor situation escalated so quickly. K&S Auto Body should strive to handle such situations with more understanding and professionalism. Some of us are different breeds, but yet human enough to downplay certain racist behavior.

My car slipped off a steep road and cracked the bumper and headlight in last winter's first snow. It was my first accident after so many years, which made me very anxious. Fortunately, after looking around the area for shop with good reviews, I found K&S body shop that really helped with fixing my car.

Manager Phil inspected my car promptly, gave fair repair estimate, and they helped deal with insurance, and repaired the car in a timely and outstanding manner. It's been several months since, my car looks and runs like new. I would not hesitate to recommend K&S Auto Body to anyone, to relieve anxiety in unfortunate situation of car accident and in need of body shop services.

Andrew has been dishonest from the beginning about the process, the cost, the length of time (hell, it took him over a month to get the parts and then another month to repair the damaged tailgate). He promised a discount and reneged on it under the “excuse” that the parts cost him more than he expected (which is irrelevant when the insurance pays for parts in full, right?). I had to chase him down week after week to get updates given the endless time it took to repair the tailgate and bumper.
I also hear some weird noise coming out of the tailgate area while I drive the car. Looks like something is not screwed or repaired correctly. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to K&S again. My first and certainly the last time.

I've been a customer before at K & S Auto for auto body work after accidents. My mom also had one of her cars repaired there after an accident. Phil & Andrew are great at what they do. Honest & fair is also a strong suit. Picked up my car yesterday and it's perfect ! I highly recommend them . I've since moved and still brought my car there. Sean Lewis

This was my first experience with K&S. My 14 year old car needed to have significant work done. I was very nervous about having my paint matched as I take very good care of my car.

Phil and K&S exceeded my expectations and even with the pandemic, got my car finished faster than I would have expected. The quality was top notch and I would recommend K&S to anyone that cares about their vehicle.

A co-worker of mine recommended me to get my 2016 Honda Civic fixed from K&S after an accident. My car was fixed fairly quick ( 5 days) and Phil kept me updated throughout the course of repair. The repairs were on the passenger side doors, fender and re-painting the passenger side. They had also vacuumed and cleaned inside the car. I am very impressed with the quality of work Phil and his team had done on my car and I highly recommend K&S for autobody works.

These guys have exceptional customer service and did excellent work on my car- after I was rear ended they got it looking good as new. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful they were, communicated proactively, and how they went above and beyond to advocate for me with the other drivers insurance company and made sure a rental car was available for me. It’s not fun getting into a car crash but they definitely made it a smooth recovery. Highly recommend!

Listen to me! BUYER BEWARE!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!! NEVER!! At my request, my car was sent back to K&S Auto Shop, Framingham, Ma, for the second time, from a previous auto accident. My car was returned to this shop because K&S Auto Body overlooked checking the front wheels, the first time for a wheel alignment. My car had extreme front end damage done to it while it was parked; another car had backed into it, hitting it hard!! A wheel alignment should have been checked on and done! K&S Auto Body blew it the first time !!! When I called K&S Auto and complained about the wheel alignment and new windshield wiper fluid bottle not being reconnected - the owner of the shop, Phil, told me that he would call the appraiser, and that the appraiser had returned his call, and approved for the wheel alignment to be done. I then put my car back into his shop, and when I picked my car up from K&S Auto Body, it was still driving crooked!!! And K&S Auto never even bothered with doing detailing to my car inside and out! Phil outright lied to me!!! I then took my car to my regular shop (which was not on my insurance carrier's (MAPHRE) preferred shop list) and requested a wheel alignment test (I never told them anything else), and I was told that the front end wheels were still out of line (I have the papers from my regular shop to prove it!) When I called my insurance carrier about my experience with K&S Auto Shop, they told me that the owner of K&S Auto Body, Phil, NEVER CALLED them to request that the appraiser come out to approve a wheel alignment. The owner of this shop and my insurance company were passing the buck back and forth! When I called my insurance carrier again about this dilemma, my insurance carrier changed their story and told me that they had already paid for my wheel alignment to be done with K&S Auto Body and was not going to pay again!! I was trapped in the middle, confused with nothing ever being done about my driving around with crooked wheels! End result: THEY DON'T CARE!!! I ended up paying for my wheel alignment myself!
