First I love love Dr. Lanes, he's Compassionate, knowledgeable and personable. He sincerely cares about the patients. Following up making sure I got my referral and services in a timely manner was so special to me.
His assistant was warm and friendly, made me feel comfortable. The phone calls were all professional yet personable. I'm very pleased with the practice.

If you enjoy waiting over 2 hours and being told the dr. Is backed up, this is the bum to see. Oh wait, after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I never did get to see him. In addition, his staff doesn't bother to inform you he's running late. I guess this buum thinks he's the only gastro man in town.
I gave this bum one star because I couldn't give less

The doctor is a good doctor when and if you can see him but have received less than ideal service from his staff. Although I have forward results to his staff, it takes not less than a month to hear anything back or to make an appointment. In particular nurse Karen Mercado seems to have little sense of urgency or caring. Fortunately there are other good doctors who can see you sooner and staff who are more patient-friendly.

If could give them a ZERO stars I would! 2 weeks trying to set up an appt but no return calls or left on hold for over 5 mins to get an answer! Finally got some rude girl who refused to speak English informed me that because I used another Dr from another office in the same company I can't see dr Lanes! I tried to explain to her that the hours from the other dr unfortunately are hard to accommodate my work schedule. She continue with a very condescending attitude that I can't schedule an appt with Dr Lanes! Tried to explain but refused to listen, What a joke! The most unprofessional and disrespectful staff Dr. Lanes has working for him! I work with the public 6 days a week 10 hours a day and the professionalism that was shown to me I will go somewhere else! It's very disappointing and disgusting how the young people now are so disrespectful and rude!

This is absolutely the most unprofessional front office I have dealt with in years. Dr. Lanes should do better — he is billing >$50K a day for colonoscopy procedures but his front office can’t be bothered to answer a phone or call a patient back. There are much better places, more professional offices. And 20 patients waiting for morning appointments? 12min per patient with the doctor — wait to you see what they charge for that!!!

Dr.Lanes has profesional bedside manners!! He answered all my questions
& concerns & isn't in a rush like other doctors are these days!!He told me how to prepared myself for the upcoming endoscopy & colonoscopy.Without a doubt I would definitely recommend Dr lanes to all my family and friends!!

Doctor is paying attention to patient needs. Dr. Lanes listened to what I am saying to him about how I am feeling & my sickness. He make sure I am OK, he orders special blood work & ultra sounds of my stomach 2x a year. You decide...good or bad doctor.

Dr. Lanes was on time and very professional. He spent time with me before and after the procedure to make sure that I understood and felt comfortable with what he was gong to do. Staff was very nice and professional. I have referred him to all of my friends and family.
