Do not use this appraisal company they came for my house for an appraisal I asked for an appraisal for 2016 the appraisal sent one for 2020 I questioned them why I got the wrong appraisal they wanted to charge me an additional $500 for the 2016 appraisal even though they made a mistake on the first one I questioned a woman Cindy in the office about it and then she said it was a conflict of interest because I just wouldn't give him $500 do not use them. They will be reported to the attorney general as well as the better business bureau. they work hand in hand with crooked lawyers like Mark Lee Trombley and all they do is extort money out of you and charge you for things you didn't need or ask for to begin with.they take advantage of people and try to think that they can get away with it don't use them hopefully they'll go out of business for all the other scammers
