09/02 we had an appointment with a hygienist, he did cleaning for my daughter. First of all, after that we found out that one bracket was detached from a tooth. We asked to help to install it back but he refused to. Second, he stained her sweatshirt with blood. Third, and most important, especially now, he gave my daughter a bag with some teeth supplies. But teeth brush was used! How is it possible? It's so unsafe and dirty! It was an awful experience with this hygienist. Pictures of tooth brush I attached below. I sent them email but didn't get a response. The next day, I called them to check if they received my email. They confirmed that, but still didn't contact with me at all.

Dr.Wald and Janet the Hygenist were so loving and caring with my son. My son can be a very challenging patient...they are miracle workers!!! My son had a great experience and left feeling so proud of himself. We will be lifelong patients. Yes I am switching dentist now, they were that wonderful.

The staff is caring and always ready to put you at ease. Dr V and Lydia are wonderful in taking care of me.
I have been a patient of his for 5 years and highly recommend him.
