I got my order to go, 3 pints of coleslaw, 10 butterfly shrimp and a medium onion ring. First of all I was shocked at the price but realize Culver’s is expensive so was willing to pay to get my coleslaw. Service was slow but it was also very busy. I get home with my order and unpack it to find ALL 3 pints of coleslaw are only about 1/2 full!! I called the store and spoke with a manager who said she remembered the order and the coleslaw just “settled”…. I had to laugh. She offered to fill up one if I brought them back in. I said I wasn’t driving all the way back there and asked for a coupon or some sort of compensation, I also offered to send a pic of the containers, no go for any of it! Although I really like their food they will not be getting my business again! Highly disappointed with this Culver’s! (Big Bend Road in Riverview)

Nothing annoys me more than paying for something and not getting it.

Multiple times I’ve visited this Culver’s and ordered chili cheddar fries with extra chili, only to be charged for it and not get the extra chili that I paid for.
(because sometimes you barely get any chili so I have to ask for extra)

This has been in the drive thru so I have to trust they actually made the order correctly, right? 😑

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to warn anyone thinking about visiting this Culver's. The night management is completely out of touch with customer concerns, and honestly, it’s like they don’t even care. I had a simple issue with my order, and the manager just shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal. I’ve never experienced such utter apathy in a restaurant.

And don’t even get me started on the food. The burgers—oh my god, the burgers. They smelled like they were burnt to a crisp and then left to sit under a heat lamp for hours. The taste was just as bad. I don’t know how they can serve something so awful with a straight face. The fries were greasy, soggy, and completely unappetizing. If you want to waste your money on food that smells like charred regret, then by all means, go ahead. But I wouldn’t waste another dime at this place. I’ll be looking for a better option from now on.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The lack of care from the night shift is unreal, and the food is an embarrassment. Avoid at all costs. Corporate Should FIRE THE NIGHT MANAGER SHE IS BEYOND RUDE

I love the double cheese burger. The patties get smashed! Service is pretty sweet! Most workers who are younger than I, show respect and are kind to their older customers! Also the inside restaurant is clean and enjoyable!

I am very very picky about my food. Culver's is MUCH better than most other Fast food / Fast Casual places for only being a few dollars more. Very good range of items to order. To sum it up if you are wanting a burger its between Culvers or 5 Guys.

Culver’s on Big Bend Road is a gem that consistently delivers a fantastic dining experience. I recently tried their North Atlantic Cod Sandwich, and it was absolutely delightful. The fish was perfectly fried crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a fresh, mild flavor that paired beautifully with the creamy tartar sauce and crisp lettuce. The buttery, toasted bun tied it all together, making each bite a satisfying treat.

To top it off, I indulged in their mango, peach, and strawberry custard shake on several occasions, which was simply amazing. The fruity flavors are a rich and creamy custard made my mouth feel like a refreshing summer escape in a cup. It’s the perfect treat to accompany any meal. If you’re in the area, Culver’s on Big Bend Road is definitely worth a visit for a delicious and satisfying experience!

My new favorite Culver’s in Riverview! Delicious food and hot fries! Great customer service too. Walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Burger and fries were perfect. This place is legit!

I love Culvers. I completely stopped going to McDonalds, Burger King and Wendy's, etc. It all comes down to the food for me. Culver's food literally looks like the ads when it is served. This means it is fresh, hot, and prepared with a much higher standard. We have all had that experience at the "other" fast-food places where you open the food and are so disappointed; you would rather not eat it. Its sad to say that it happens more often than not. In my experience, at Culvers, that has never happened. Its also very obvious that staff are trained and held to a higher level of customer service as well.
