I was showing signs of appendicitis and he brushed it off as something else. He didnt even try a blood test. After 2 weeks of not eating I went to find another doctor who actually did their job and looked at me more in depth. I had a ruptured appendix and I didnt know it. Neither did Beach.

After it was all said and done when i went to get a doctors note from Beach for missed work he ignored it.

This is something you have to be aware of and this is not the first ive heard of him being dismissive and short with his visits like he just wants to get the hell out of the examination room as fast as possible.

People can lose their lives if youre not willing to examine them thoroughly.

I've seen both Colin and Erin. They both take the time to listen and address any concerns. The nursing staff is great to deal with as well as the admin staff. For a doctors office they are extremely efficient and have very short waits comparitively.

I always see Erin. She always listens and you never feel rushed. She takes her time and explains everything. The front desk staff and the nurse that takes you back is always nice. I have been a patient since 2009.

Everyone in this office is very nice. I see Erin Lange-Vandello when I go and she is very easy to talk to. I LOVE that they do blood work inside their office. I hated having to go to LabCorp and waiting for a long time at my last doctor's office. Another thing I love is that I never wait a long time to see her when I come in. They have a limited number of same day appointments for when you get sick too. I highly recommend them!

This doctor is very rude... He would not even bother to look me in the eye after going in for a follow-up on lab tests. He just kept staring at my chart the whole time. I felt like a nuisance and not a patient. He was very nice to the patient in the next room, go figure!

I've been with them for a few years but today was the last time. Very disappointed. I felt like I was being rushed and disregarded.
Update: Nicole called me to apologize and try to resolve the issue, she was very sweet and helpful and made me feel like I matter.

I've been going here for over 10 years out of convenience and am consistently disappointed by the poor service. I'm finally going to switch to someone else. At this point, anyone else. They really treat you like a number, not a person. Zero compassion. They try to think of reasons to do the minimum amount of work for you. The whole staff just has a lousy attitude.

Front desk is rude and accusatory. Insisting you are a drug seeker when in fact those are my prescribed meds. Patient profiling by front desk is just rediculous. Holding times when u call in can be at least 5 min. Unacceptable! Lousy attitudes
