I am skeptical about this shop. Back when it was Gios I got fair pricing and good work but I had 2 bad experiences with C&S- The first was a window on my Mazda that wouldn't go up. Gios had done the same thing for me on the same car but a different window but C&S charged me way more for the part. This was partly my fault because I figured the pricing would be similar so I didn't ask for a quote before they did the job.

The second was a O2 sensor code my Tacoma was throwing. C&S claimed they did a test and the truck needed a new cat and quoted me $1500. I went to another import specialty shop where they charged me $225 to replace 2 O2 sensors and to fix the problem.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Excellent customer service and professional staff. My husband bought 4 tires a little over a month ago and unfortunately had a bolt in one of his tires that resulted in a flat. Thank goodness for road hazard, they were able to patch it at no cost. Victor and his crew are top notch and I highly recommend.

These guys will lie, they will install used parts and charge you as they installed the new ones, they will overcharge you, they will diagnose wrong thing to be at fault, just to gain more work to be done, and finally they will NOT back up any of their work, regardless of it clearly stating on the receipt that it is under warranty. If you end up bringing your vehicle here be ready to get a lawyer, or/and go to Better Business Bureau.
P.S. ...and NO, Victor, we are not "trying to hurt small local business", we are helpless because like you said "it's your shop and you can do whatever you like"!

I can't recommend C & S Auto enough! From the moment I walked in, their caring and attentive service stood out. Not only did they provide top-notch repairs, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and informed throughout the process. What's more, their prices are incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality of work they deliver. And let's talk about speed – they had my car back on the road in record time! As a woman, it’s very easy to get taken advantage of in the auto industry, BUT NOT HERE! This is the first shop to treat me equal & not try to overcharge!!

Stopped by to get the tint checked on my mother's Kia. Didn't have to wait as long as they said and didn't charge me anything. Polite and professional.
Although, my mother is going to have to lose the tint..she is such a gangster. Lol
