Mrs. Sherri I highly recommend her. She welcomes customers with arms wide open and walks through the steps of filing your taxes. Super fast and professional service. I was late to file my taxes and Mrs Sherri wasn't even at the office but agreed to come in on short notice for a same day appointment. Very nice, face masks required and provided, in and out less than 30 minutes.

They did a wonderful job! I just moved to the area and went in based on reviews. They lady on the phone when I called was so nice. Told me to just walk in since they are slow as it’s still end of January. Walked in got right in. Saw crystal. She was so nice and pleasant. I had a tougher return since I just moved but crystal did a great job making sure all the i’s were dotted and T’s were crossed. I felt very comfortable with my return being done and that these ladies really knew what they were doing. Highly recommend them!

I filed my taxes 2/8/2020 was supposed to received a copy of my return, but never did.

Now today 2/18/2021 I email her to ask for my copy because I never received one and she told me i had to pay $75 dollars to get a new copy, and insinuated that I am a liar and just lost the copy..

She sent me an email showing where she sent my info to the WRONG email, on behalf of her clerical error and refused to acknowledge it or even apologize and still hasn’t sent me papers which is against the law.

Bad business beware!!!

I have proof also if anyone would like to see it!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place, personal friend of mine has been getting the run around with her taxes. They refuse to provide her with an emailed copy of her tax returns from the year 2020. They claimed to have emailed her a copy and after verifying that the email her information was sent to was incorrect she still to proceeded to call her client a liar on social media. She’s more concerned about $75 than rectifying her mistakes as a tax preparer & business owner
