Had this place for the first time. Not worth the hype or the money. The fries and shake I had were good but the tenders I took one bite of it and threw it out. Tasted like it was fried in old grease that hasn’t been changed in a while. It was only around 1pm so no reason the grease should leave that bad of a taste.

Stopped in to eat some tacos after a long day's drive while on vacation. Sure was good. Highly recommend.

I ate the bacon double smash burger with straight fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The burger looked fantastic and was, but I'm not a fan of the sauce, it's just to sweet.
Staff was cool and friendly. I only saw two staff and I waited a bit longer than usual. That's ok cause everything was fresh and hot.
The should really clean up the parking lot as lots of trash was blowing about. If I'm in the area and want a good burger I'll be back. Good stuff.

I always hate to order food at fast food places cause our family orders alot but they got everything in our order right and hot. It was a great experience and we didn't even go inside. Ordered online had a light skinned gentleman greet us with news that our kids meals wouldn't have applesauce but quickly replaced with fries. That gentleman had a great vibe and a nice smile, will definitely be back and hopefully see him again! In my opinion as a manager at a jersey mikes, people with good customer service are always what makes a great company

The fries were great. The burger although good, was pretty small. I also ordered 2 tacos. Not too great as they were overly greasy through the shell which also wasn’t that great. I attempted to order on the app however the app isn’t working. That was a turn off because I lost points and money ordering at the register. Oh well. Let me know when the app is working and maybe I’ll return.

Drove 5-1/2 hours to get tacos since this is the closest Jack in the Box to SE Virginia. It was worth the drive. Ate our fill of tacos for lunch and the staff graciously filled out to go order of 60 tacos to take home with us in a cooler with dry ice. Only disappointment was the absence of the monster taco from the menu.

I just love this store so much. Never once have they missed and for my pork allergy they always make sure to keep me safe. And prices are great for what you receive!

Overall the customer service was great. I loved the Oreo shake. The young-lady at the drive through did an awesome job making it. It seems they need more employees though.
