Applicaa has been a game changer for us. I first started using Applicaa for my applications for 6th Form. Originally all our forms were printed out and then collected. The amount of paperwork was mind blowing. With Applicaa, we were able to create our own application forms online. This was for both internal and external students. Better still the system also allows us to communicate freely with everyone who has applied. The system also allows you to record your interviews and setup interview times etc. What I loved about the system is how easy enrolment for 6th Form is. The 6th Form Team in my school were practically doing cartwheels. You are able to have you blocking system setup on the system and have a waiting list etc. All the information is then migrated over to SIMS in a few clicks. Couldn't be easier. We also used the system for Year 7 Admissions. Again we were able to capture all the information we needed for their SIMS profile on Applicaa and with a few clicks transferred all the student date. They have a fantastic knowledge base which has online videos on how to do pretty much anything or you could call the support team who explain everything step by step. Overall Applicaa is definitely the way forward. I highly recommend Applicaa.

Teething problems during lockdown caused some issues with our Year 6 use of Applicaa but we have had success with the product for our post 16 enrolment for a couple of years. It is an easy-to-use time saver with a growing number of useful facilities.

Wonderful training with Lucy today (through Kate) on the in-year admissions process. We already used Applicaa for our Year 7 intake this academic year and it was a great success! Looking forward to utilising more and more 🙂

We have trialled this in the summer for our Year 12 enrollment and it was a great success. We have now subscribed and will roll it out to Year 6 and in-year work too. The ability to transfer information straight to our MIS is a game-changer.
